Clinton Gorham is the Founder and Creative Director of The Gorham Agency, an award-winning design agency. Working through a unique creative lens, Clinton built The Gorham Agency into a full-service design company in just under a decade.

We now offer creative Brand Identity and Web Design to help build industry-leading brands.

The Gorham Agency was born on October 17, 2012.

Based in San Diego, we quickly gained traction as a local creative powerhouse for entrepreneurs. Working from our core foundation of problem-solving, we have helped entrepreneurs build their brands to uncover & share better brand stories. In 2018, we received the Web Guru Award for the months of May & July. Voted on by our peers, The Gorham Agency was recognized for talent, creativity, and dedication to current web trends.

Project Request
Just fill out the below form & design brief. Tell us about yourself and your vision to see if we’re the perfect match. Don’t stress if the design brief seems overwhelming. If an open slot is available, we will schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to gather details to create a foundation that provides a clear direction for your brand.
Invoice & Payments
All projects under $5000 require a full deposit. All projects over $5000 require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% deposit is due before files are released or your website will be launched. You can apply for financing through any financial institution of your choice. All invoices are sent via Square. We only accept credit/debit card payments. All deposits & payments are non-refundable; NO EXCEPTIONS.
Design Packages
We offer corporate, event, artist, and brand identity packages. Package pricing varies and depends on the number of services requested. Submit a project request below to receive package pricing.
We use email as our main means of communication. We like to use email correspondence as a reference when we are able to begin working on a project. This helps us to keep things in order and to keep track of project details and answers to the many questions that we usually have for clients. We communicate with clients often during the design process. We will need specific feedback and your approval to continue the work. Responding to our questions in a timely manner will allow your design to progress. We usually respond right away (same day or within 24 hours).

Pre Queue Projects – Regular communication is critical to the design of your project and those in line behind you. Should you fail to provide necessary files or pieces of information within 7 business of the date invoice was paid, all payments will be forfeited to The Gorham Agency and the project will be canceled without notice.

In Queue Projects – Failure to communicate with us about the design process for a period of 72 hours (whether expectedly or unexpectedly), will result in your project being placed on hold and moved to the end of our current queue. If the design schedule allows, you may pay an additional 25% of the current cost of the project to reschedule at the top of the waiting list.

Finalizing Project – We will make up to 3 attempts to contact you once you’ve received your project preview. After 90 days, your project will be considered final as is and your balance of payment will be due immediately. No edits will be made and no future requests will be initiated until your account is back in good standing.

Ownership & rights
All reproduction rights on the copyrighted work are retained by The Gorham Agency. The work may not be reproduced or resold in any form without consent from The Gorham Agency. The Gorham Agency retains personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, and the marketing of the Gorham Agency’s business. Where applicable the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements.
Submitting content
All materials (text, images, logos, information, media, etc.) are required BEFORE your project can begin.


To ensure that all images are reflected in the sharpest manner, images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). Images that are not sent in high resolution will result in poor print quality. The Gorham Agency will not be held responsible and reserves the right to decline projects due to poor quality images. All text supplied must be typed. (DOC, TXT, or Email). There will be a $100 fee for text that must be typed by The Gorham Agency. If a particular image is desired, but no high-resolution image has been supplied by the client, a $100 fee will be added. Hard copies will be returned ONLY when accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Project Delivery
All digital projects will be delivered via email. All printed projects will be available for pick up (local only). Otherwise, printed projects will be shipped directly to clients from our third-party printing company.
Turnaround Times
Creatively takes some time to build out a successful brand on and offline. Turnaround times will vary depending on the complexity of the design request. A good rule of thumb to complete a project is:

Print Design 7+ Business Days
Logo Development 14+ Business Days
Web Development 45+ Business Days

We do not guarantee a completion date for any project. We work with an average of 20 clients at a time and though we are able to work on several client projects at once – we do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. If you are in a hurry and need something expedited, please reference our rush fees.

Expediting a Project
An additional expedite fee will be charged when a request for a project to be completed within fewer than the recommended business days. Turnaround times will vary depending on the number of revisions and the complexity of those changes you request. This is not to be mistaken with rush shipping/delivery of printed turnaround times. Rush shipping/delivery costs will vary based on the printer.
Finished Project Files
We will send you PNG (transparent background) & EPS (editable) files for all logos. For all projects used for print, we will provide a (CMYK) JPEG. We will supply your files as an (RGB) JPEG for all projects used for the web.

If you desire the PSD/AI (editable) files for a print or web project, please send us an email. PSD/AI (editable) files are available for an investment of 3 times the base rate. Please note, the PSD/AI file includes all the layers of the finalized artwork and will be released once payment is received.

Project Revisions
Our base pricing includes one concept and up to 2 rounds of edits per item without incurring additional design fees of $50 per set of revisions. There is a cap on the number of changes within a set of revisions. If you finalize a project and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed – you will be charged a revision fee of $50 (this even includes typos that may have been a mistake on our part). Be sure to proofread before finalizing a design. Turnaround times will vary depending on the number of revisions and the complexity of those changes you request.

Before projects are sent to our third-party printing company, all clients will have the opportunity to review/proofread each job to ensure accuracy. Once the job receives approval for print, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE. The Gorham Agency is not responsible for any misspellings, punctuation, or formatting after your last approval.

Cancelations & Refunds
Any design projects can be canceled at the discretion of the client, in writing (email is acceptable). All deposits & payments are non-refundable; NO EXCEPTIONS. If after project commencement client communication (face-to-face, telephone, or email) stops for 90 days, the project may be terminated, without notice, and The Gorham Agency shall retain ownership of all copyrights. 
The Gorham Agency subcontracts all print work to a third-party company. Printing costs paid to The Gorham Agency are non-refundable except if the printing error is our fault. We are not liable for spelling errors, damages incurred due to printing errors, or problems from our files if full specifications from your printer were not provided or were incorrect/inaccurate, or if you supply the wrong files to your printer. We provide the design files via email or online only. All printed items will be shipped directly from a third-party company. No actual items will be shipped to you from The Gorham Agency.
All new packages come with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. Clinton is available Tuesday – Friday between the hours of 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM (PST) for personalized branding consultation.

A product of humble beginnings, I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs build an industry-leading brand. I’m an entrepreneur myself, so I understand the struggle of building a solid brand that will resonate with your supporters.
